courterious staff, grounds well kept,convenient to bus line,mall and grocery stores.

I have moved in during Feb 2011, It has been a wonderful place with friendly staff, clean surrounding, calm environment. This is has become my meditative haven. :)

I have been at Lenoxgate for a little over a year now, and I have really enjoyed it. Our neighbors are wonderful and the staff has always been super helpful. We are undergoing some cosmetic renovations, which is a bit annoying, but I know it will be worth it in the end.

Great place to live...clean, quiet, safe and convenient!

My husband and I moved into LenoxGate in June of 2010. The office staff are all friendly, and the maintence staff is wonderful. We have only had one problem since moving in that required the maintence's attention, but when we needed them they came down quickly and took care of the problem. I've never had a problem parking right outside my building, and other than a little noise in the morning and night (when getting up to go to work and getting ready to go to bed), I've never heard my neighbors.

I love Lenoxgate! The staff is super nice, I love my apartment, and I haven't ran into any problems while living here yet. My apartment flooded last May and the staff was very helpful. They paid for moving expenses and let us upgrade since they didn't have another 1br available - with no problems. It was really stress free after that horrible experience! So it wouldn't happen again they even re-build the poor drain that was behind our apartment. --Showing they fix all problems and not only just "cover them up" and keep fixing them as they happen.

I love the quietness and the cleaniness of the apartment complex. I love the fact that the gate that although people have broken it, I never feared that my car or others would be harmed. The only complaint I have is to please tell the gentleman who owns the motorcycle to at least move it. Its not fair that its been in a parking spot for 4 months. The parking is so limited here sometimes. I get off at 7:30 and I feel like I have to fly home just to get a parking spot only to still see that same motorcycle sitting in a parking spot. The office management is very friendly and helpful. No complaints there!! No complaints on the residents. Just overalll I love Lenoxgate. I do hope to redo my lease next year.
